Despite admissions by MoHFW that Covid vaccination is voluntary, many state and district authorities are making them mandatory. Similar restrictions were put in measure by District Magistrate of Solan District, Himachal Pradesh.
The following Complaint was sent to Ajay Bhalla, Home Secretary, Government of India which was also attached along with a Notice to Kritika Kulhari (IAS), District Magistrate cum-Chairman, District Disaster Management Authority, (DDMA) Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
