Please find below letter to authorities including the District Magistrate, Chief Minister, Health Minister, and Chief Justice regarding concerns over the government’s response to the NIPAH virus epidemic. Using Section 76 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 certain evidences have been demanded that support the Government’s response to Nipah virus which have led to deprivation of our Fundamental Rights.
