The two judges of Supreme Court of India- J. L. Nageshwar Rao & J. A. Bose, who have history of corruption charges against them, are currently handling the Covid Vaccine trial data transparency PIL along with ‘Application for Direction’ against use of direct or indirect coercion by government and/or non-government authorities mandating Covid vaccination. These two judges have allegedly failed to protect the fundamental rights of more than 135 Crores Indian Citizen. Chief Justice of India has also allegedly failed to do his constitutional duty by not showing urgency to the Covid Vaccine PIL, filed on 13th May’21 by Advocate Prashant Bhushan and is also currently sitting on another Covid Vaccine PIL filed on 17th May by Advocate Colin Gonsalves.
