Shri Sunil Chavan, Collector and District Magistrate has announced imposing restriction for forcing the Government Employees to get booster vaccines and he threatened them to stop their salaries.

The abovesaid act is in gross contempt of Hon’ble Supreme Court judgement in the case of Jacob Puliyal Vs. Union of India 2022 SCC OnLine SC 533 and Hon’ble Bombay High Court judgement in the case of Feroze Mithiborwala Vs. State of Maharashtra 2022 SCC OnLine Bom 457.

A Legal Notice has been sent By Adv Dipali Ojha, Legal head, Indian Bar Association to accused collector Sunil Chavan.

Immediate action against Shri Sunil Chavan, District Magistrate & Collector, Aurangabad for his deliberate disregard and defiance of binding and  specific directions of Hon’ble Supreme Court and Hon’ble Bombay High Court, with ulterior motive to give wrongful benefit to ‘vaccine companies’ and ‘Pharma mafias’ and wrongful loss and misappropriation of public money and Government machinery thereby putting life of citizen in danger and committing offences under Section 52, 109, 115, 302, 409, 420, 192, 193, 336, 166, 167, 304-A, 120 (B), 34 etc of IPC.
