A Cease and Desist Cum Contempt of Supreme Court HPV Vaccine Legal Notice has been served by Advocate Mitali Sett on behalf of Senior Gynaecologists, Senior Epidemiologist and members of Awaken India Movement to Rotary India in respect of hon’ble Supreme Court of India’s mandate on obtaining Informed Consent for vaccination and commission of deceitful acts/misinterpretation to the general public through advertising incomplete and distorted facts grading HPV vaccine for prevention of cervical cancer.

Legal Notice has been sent to Rotary India by registered Speed Post through its head office at New Delhi.
