Steps to follow to claim your rightful compensation:
1. Compensation for Lockdown

B. Download the document in Word File by clicking HERE.
C. Fill the details and attach a calculation sheet about your losses from March 2020 till today.
D. File the compensation claim to the Tahsildar or District Collector.
E. Ask your local MLA and MP for help in getting the compensation. Do rigorous follow up with them.
F. If no response within 2 weeks then contact a local lawyer and file the compensation case in the district magistrate court with the proof of submission to Tahsildar or District Collector. You may offer the lawyer a share of the compensation out of Goodwill once the case is won.

3. विवरण भरें और मार्च 2020 से आज तक अपने नुकसान के बारे में एक गणना पत्रक संलग्न करें।
4. मुआवजे का दावा तहसीलदार या जिला कलेक्टर को दर्ज करें।
5. यदि 2 सप्ताह के भीतर कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं होती है तो स्थानीय वकील से संपर्क करें और तहसीलदार या जिला कलेक्टर को जमा करने के प्रमाण के साथ जिला मजिस्ट्रेट अदालत में मुआवजे का मामला दर्ज करें.
