It has been brought to the notice of Awaken India Movement, that a 4 month old baby girl died following routine vaccination. On the morning of Friday, February 7th, the baby was administered multiple vaccines – 5 according to the parents. Per immunization schedule, Pentavalent, oral polio, rotavirus, PCV and fIPV are administered to babies of this age. Following vaccination, the baby developed fever and was crying uncontrollably. The local dispensary said it’s normal and prescribed medicine. Sadly, 10-15 minutes after the baby was put to sleep, the mother noticed that the baby had no movement. The baby was rushed to emergency hospital, and then referred to Sanjay Gandhi hospital, where she was declared dead. An AEFI has been requested to be registered.

अवेकन इंडिया मूवमेंट के संज्ञान में यह बात आई है कि नियमित टीकाकरण के बाद 4 महीने की बच्ची की मौत हो गई। शुक्रवार, 7 फरवरी की सुबह, बच्ची को कई टीके लगाए गए थे – माता-पिता के अनुसार 5। टीकाकरण कार्यक्रम के अनुसार, इस उम्र के बच्चों को पेंटावेलेंट, ओरल पोलियो, रोटावायरस, पीसीवी और एफआईपीवी दिए जाते हैं। टीकाकरण के बाद, बच्ची को बुखार हो गया और वह बेकाबू होकर रोने लगी। स्थानीय डिस्पेंसरी ने कहा कि यह सामान्य है और दवा दी। दुख की बात है कि बच्ची को सुलाए जाने के 10-15 मिनट बाद, माँ ने देखा कि बच्ची में कोई हलचल नहीं थी। बच्ची को आपातकालीन अस्पताल ले जाया गया, और फिर संजय गांधी अस्पताल भेजा गया, जहाँ उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया गया। एईएफआई को पंजीकृत करने का अनुरोध किया गया है|
