The Maharashtra Government is asking for the data of vaccinated and unvaccinated people in societies. This in contempt of High Court and Supreme Court, as mentioned in the notice, which has made it very clear that no discrimination can be made on the basis of vaccination status of a person.

Kindly find below, AIM notice submitted to BMC Commissioner and Asst. Commissioner for the same with a request to recall this unjust circular with immediate effect so that citizens are not harassed.

All citizens of India are requested to note that the Government has no right to ask for this data and we have a fundamental right not to share this data.
